Sell Braze's customer engagement SaaS to large North American retail/e‑commerce accounts. Own new business pipeline and some existing customers, close six‑figure deals, manage upsells, coordinate cross‑functional and partner teams, use CRM tools, and travel as needed.

Generate new business opportunities by researching target accounts, executing multi-channel outreach, qualifying early-stage deals, engaging executives, setting meetings, and collaborating with Account Executives to hit quota.

Lead and scale a regional Partner Sales team across AMER and LATAM to drive partner-qualified leads, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner-sourced revenue. Set strategy, coach four Partner Sales Managers, activate partners on deals, govern partner attach rates, and collaborate cross-functionally while using Salesforce, Crossbeam, Clari, and Looker to report performance.
