Manages card compliance operations for a fintech credit card business, including consumer complaint reviews, debt validation, legal and law enforcement requests, records custody, bank-partner reporting, testing, audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance issue resolution. Provides regulatory guidance, reviews knowledge-base content, strengthens controls, and partners with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Customer Service, and bank partners.

Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders to report on risk exposure, ensure data integrity, and optimize GRC workflows and governance.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for large-market accounts: develop territory strategy, build pipeline, create ROI-driven business cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, coordinate cross-functional execution, maintain CRM and forecast discipline, and consistently hit quota while demonstrating executive presence and team-first leadership.
