Lead client onboarding, retention, and operational account management for PBM clients. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure service levels, manage implementations, resolve adjudication issues, analyze claims, and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Provide legal counsel on complex corporate, regulatory, and PBM-related matters; draft, review, and negotiate contracts and settlements; manage external counsel and litigation strategy; perform risk assessments and compliance monitoring; advise internal business partners on regulatory changes and contract interpretation specific to pharmacy benefits and healthcare operations.
