Define how user intent becomes actionable work, determine where automation versus human involvement is appropriate, connect planning to business priorities and budgets, and shape roadmaps with engineering and design. Leads technical pre-sales activities for GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform across Southern EMEA. Responsibilities include customer discovery, demonstrations, solution architecture, proofs of concept and value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. Advises customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices; collaborates with Account Executives on account strategy; builds customer relationships; and communicates feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Owns the technology, processes, data, and operational infrastructure supporting GitLab’s channel and ecosystem partnerships. Responsibilities include partner deal registration, quote-to-cash, tiering, incentives, PRM and Salesforce administration, system integrations, attribution data, reporting, month-end close, process documentation, and AI workflow automation.
