As a Senior Systems Engineer II, you will lead stakeholder discussions, manage system requirements, support software services for cardiac health, and conduct compliance assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Administer and maintain IRIS for Health integration platforms on AWS EC2 and Linux, manage network security and PaloAlto VPNs, build CI/CD with CodeFresh/GitLab, integrate and troubleshoot EHR interfaces (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts), automate provisioning with scripting (Python, ObjectScript, Bash, JavaScript), implement infrastructure automation, monitor systems, participate in on-call support, and optimize performance and reliability.

Partner with senior operations leaders to drive workforce planning, org design, large-scale change, talent reviews and succession planning. Provide data-driven insights, strengthen leadership capability, manage employee relations, advise on compensation and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise HR programs. Support Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Care. Remote U.S.-based role with ~20-30% domestic travel.
