Lead roadmap and delivery of MFA and authentication factor products (WebAuthn, passkeys, TOTP, OTP, hardware keys). Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to define requirements, prototype solutions, validate with customers, track KPIs, and enable launches. Drive discovery, build business cases, and leverage AI tools to accelerate product development.

Qualify inbound leads, create outreach to generate meetings and pipeline, conduct discovery calls to surface customer problems, hand off opportunities to Account Executives, manage activity in Salesforce/Outreach, and hit KPIs and quota while participating in team programs and mentorship.

Design, automate, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms. Troubleshoot and debug Linux systems and networking, automate infrastructure (Terraform/Chef/Ansible/Puppet), and improve scalability, reliability, and platform velocity. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate across engineering teams.
