Own the full sales cycle for Samsara’s IoT solutions among mid-market public-sector customers. Responsibilities include executive relationship development, prospecting, qualification, solution-based selling, complex pricing negotiations, proof-of-concept management, forecasting, and closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $250,000. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires travel for onsite meetings up to twice per quarter.

Build and maintain production LLM-based agents and automated digital customer success journeys. Analyze customer behavior, design playbooks and agent architectures, write Python integrations, create evaluation and regression tests, deploy and monitor production systems, and continuously improve performance. The role partners cross-functionally to increase product adoption, reduce churn risk, and improve retention and expansion across a high-volume B2B SaaS customer base.

Design and develop customer and partner learning experiences across online, video, audio, in-app, live, and certification formats. Own the curriculum for a Samsara product area, translate complex software concepts into effective instruction, create assessments, collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improve instructional processes through AI-assisted tools and iterative development.

Architect and own marketing data infrastructure, including Databricks pipelines, Gold Layer tables, semantic models, and ETL/ELT workflows. Build trusted data products for analytics, automation, and AI agents; translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions; lead cross-team initiatives; ensure reliability and data quality; mentor engineers and analysts; and develop, evaluate, and monitor production LLM and agent systems using Python and SQL.

Own end-to-end sales operations workstreams supporting Enterprise Account Executives. Analyze sales data, build dashboards and KPIs, improve intake and pipeline processes, and recommend solutions that increase seller effectiveness, revenue, and profitability. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Strategy, and GTM Systems stakeholders. Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and present findings to senior leaders.

Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, experimentation, and measurement of Samsara’s regional websites across international markets. Lead localization, SEO/AEO, CRO, personalization, AI workflow adoption, site launches, redesigns, and architecture initiatives. Partner with marketing, content, design, engineering, and regional teams to deliver business outcomes, communicate performance to leadership, and improve web capabilities across the organization.

Manage strategic relationships with enterprise fleet customers using Samsara’s IoT platform. Develop joint success plans, lead executive business reviews and customer workshops, recommend workflow improvements, coordinate cross-functional responses, drive customer value, and mentor Customer Success team members. The role requires enterprise SaaS experience, technical product knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and strategic problem-solving.

Manage Samsara’s largest and most complex enterprise customers, driving platform adoption, business transformation, and long-term value. Develop joint success plans, lead executive business reviews, recommend workflow improvements, and align customer goals with Samsara’s roadmap. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Legal while influencing strategic initiatives and supporting multi-year operational transformations across industries.

Designs and delivers scaled customer education through webinars, cohort-based programs, and digital learning experiences. Creates and adapts training materials, facilitates live sessions, manages logistics, answers platform questions, and analyzes engagement data to improve programming. Collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams to identify knowledge gaps and increase customer adoption of Samsara’s SaaS platform across multiple industries.
