Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain production LLM-based agentic solutions for Commercial Customer Success. Integrate agents with CRMs and Samsara systems, define evaluation frameworks and success metrics, implement automated tests and monitoring, iterate on models and prompts, and demonstrate impact on customer outcomes and retention.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations between Samsara and customer systems. Own architecture, implementation, mentorship, cross-functional coordination, troubleshooting, automation, and customer-facing technical enablement for complex B2B integrations.

Manage global hardware supply planning across production, shipments, capacity, inventory, and component availability. Convert demand plans into SKU, regional, and distribution-center supply targets; coordinate with procurement, factories, engineering, finance, and operations; monitor coverage and shortages; resolve supply risks; and optimize VMI, accessory, refurbished, and end-of-life inventory. The role also improves planning processes and tools using data and AI-assisted solutions.
