Lead technical presales activities for complex communications technology solutions. Partner with account executives, conduct technical discovery, design architectures, deliver product demonstrations, develop proofs of concept and RFP responses, and present solutions to technical and executive audiences. Act as a trusted customer advisor while supporting large opportunities, contributing reusable enablement materials, sharing knowledge, and coordinating with product and engineering teams.

Manage and expand strategic high-tech accounts, develop account strategies, drive consultative technical sales from prospecting through launch, map customer requirements to communications API solutions, manage forecasts and financial models, exceed quotas, and collaborate with product, finance, partners, support, and services teams.

Leads global onboarding operations by building governance frameworks, SOPs, SLAs, workflows, and automation. Analyzes operational telemetry and activation metrics, partners with Product and Engineering on platform controls, translates technical changes for operations teams, manages escalations, documents processes, and mentors staff. The role requires strong data fluency, cross-functional program execution, and experience operating in ambiguous, regulated technology environments.

Develop and execute executive communications strategy for Twilio’s Chief Product and Technology Officer. Write keynotes, presentations, blogs, press materials, social content, and internal communications; drive thought leadership and change-management initiatives; and represent R&D innovation to employees, customers, investors, media, and analysts. Partner with product marketing, corporate communications, R&D leadership, and cross-functional teams to strengthen the CPTO’s voice and Twilio’s innovation narrative.

Engage high-value self-service customers, identify growth and retention opportunities, guide product adoption, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams. The role manages a high-volume account book and helps customers scale Twilio Communications, SendGrid, or Segment products.
