Lead technology alliances by leveraging deep cybersecurity expertise to design and execute co-build, co-marketing, and co-selling programs with strategic partners; enable pre-sales and co-sell activities; drive partner integrations, referral registrations, and alliance-sourced revenue; and evolve the partner program and portal to increase automation, self-service, and partner value.

Provide third-tier, customer-facing technical support: diagnose and reproduce issues, perform source-code analysis and packet captures, collaborate with Engineering and Sales, produce knowledge-base content, and offer limited on-call support to ensure timely resolution.
