The Director of Strategy and Integration at NPR will manage donor strategies, provide executive support, oversee division operations, and lead cross-departmental initiatives while mentoring staff.

Produce and distribute short-form audio and video fundraising/promotional assets for NPR and member stations. Manage project workflows, maintain station and internal relationships, write and edit promotional copy and the NPR Day Sheet, and provide production backfill (including funding credits and SiriusXM channel maintenance). Assist in developing video standards while adhering to journalistic ethics and organizational goals.
