Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards. Integrate applications with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other data sources. Translate business requirements into scalable applications, reporting, and automation supporting portfolio management and program operations. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, manage development priorities, collaborate with stakeholders across programs, and provide documentation and enablement. Apply SAFe portfolio and execution concepts to support leadership visibility and delivery tracking.

Designs, deploys, configures, and supports cloud network infrastructure across Azure, OCI, GCP, and AWS. Manages Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, VPNs, routers, load balancers, subnets, security groups, and network access controls. Performs network monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and Level 2/3 support. Uses Terraform for infrastructure automation and supports EKS clusters, cloud security, IAM, STIGs, and vulnerability management. Participates in a required 24/7 on-call rotation.

Administer and engineer enterprise Atlassian platforms including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Gather requirements, design and configure workflows, manage access and integrations, support ITSM operations, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate releases, develop automation and reporting, and drive user adoption through training and documentation. The role requires customer-facing solution design, disciplined change management, platform governance, and collaboration with Government users, vendors, and technical teams in a regulated federal environment.
