The Staff Software Engineer on the AUE team is responsible for designing and maintaining offensive cybersecurity services, mentoring team members, managing projects, ensuring code quality, and driving technical direction within a collaborative environment.

Technical lead to design and build an eBPF-based kernel-level internet simulation and control plane. Own XDP/TC hooks, BPF maps, topology database, and lightweight in-range agents. Mentor engineers, set architecture, and productionize a proof-of-concept for multi-tenant cyber range network simulation with realistic ASN routing and traceroute fidelity.

Lead and develop a distributed Hiring & Internal Mobility team; own strategic requisitions; coach recruiters and hiring managers; optimize Ashby and recruiting workflows; analyze hiring metrics; drive employer branding, candidate experience, and internal mobility programs; advise leaders and continuously improve talent processes.

Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for shared UI systems and design system. Build, maintain, and document reusable component libraries; collaborate with UX, product, and engineering. Champion accessibility, testing, performance, and design-to-code workflows. Mentor engineers, review contributions, and deliver major UI initiatives end-to-end while balancing technical debt and product needs.

Own architecture and technical strategy for authentication and authorization. Design and build Keycloak-based identity infrastructure and ReBAC authorization using Topaz/OPA. Develop IAM-adjacent services (directory, user management), establish cross-team authn/authz standards, drive technical roadmaps, scope projects, mitigate security and performance risks, perform architectural reviews, and mentor senior engineers.

Lead architecture and implementation of authentication and authorization across the platform. Build and operate Keycloak-based identity infrastructure, ReBAC authorization with Topaz/OPA, directory and user-management services, define cross-team authn/authz standards, mentor engineers, and drive technical roadmaps, risk mitigation, and secure, multi-tenant designs.
