Lead ownership of connected-device systems powering smart cameras: define and deliver multi-month technical roadmaps, improve reliability and observability, drive incident response, reduce tech debt, mentor engineers, and ship large-scale features across device connectivity, video pipelines, and fleet management.

Expand and maintain Hudl's front-end platform to accelerate product teams: design and implement scalable, performant, accessible front-ends and tooling (Vite, Next.js), consult and review front-end work, support adoption of design systems, and mentor teams to improve developer experience.
