Lead and modernize a global Customer Success organization for an enterprise cybersecurity software company. Responsibilities include building high-performing teams, implementing AI-enabled customer health processes, driving cross-functional accountability, managing complex enterprise customer journeys, and partnering with Sales on retention, expansion, and customer growth. Own a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as a cybersecurity and SecurityScorecard platform advisor. Drive customer adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and revenue growth with limited Sales involvement. Build relationships from daily users through executives, lead strategic account planning and QBRs, represent customer feedback internally, and identify new use cases. Travel to strategic accounts approximately 35–40%, including twice-yearly visits for accounts exceeding $100K ARR.

Sell SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity ratings to net-new enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees or $750M+ revenue). Own a $1.75M net-new ARR quota, drive MEDDPIC-led discovery, navigate complex buying committees and channel-assisted deals, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex platform features, contribute to and maintain a reusable design system, run usability testing and analytics-driven iterations, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready, AI-enabled UI solutions.

Build and maintain AI-powered GTM workflows, Salesforce Agentforce solutions, integrations, and automations across the GTM stack. Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations to design, implement, test, and monitor scalable solutions, data models, scoring, and analytics to improve adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes. Design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based, multi-tenant infrastructure and CI/CD systems. Own AI tooling infrastructure (MCP servers) and secure AI access patterns. Optimize CI/CD, streaming analytics (Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse), observability, and incident response. Implement IaC (Terraform, Helm, Pulumi), GitOps (Argo CD), progressive delivery, automated testing, and mentor engineering teams.
