Leads and develops a regional team of Solutions Consultants, coaches talent, supports strategic enterprise deals, and guides discovery, solution design, demos, and value articulation. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering on go-to-market alignment, product feedback, enablement, and process improvement. Maintains expertise in AI, conversational technologies, customer experience platforms, integrations, and enterprise SaaS while representing the team in customer and internal engagements.
