Supports advertiser and agency accounts across campaign launches, optimization, reporting, renewals, troubleshooting, and client communication. Monitors campaign performance, identifies pacing and delivery issues, recommends optimizations, prepares data-driven reports, and coordinates with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Finance, and Engineering. The role also supports onboarding, account documentation, upsell identification, process improvements, and development of strategic relationship-management skills within digital advertising and programmatic media.

Serve as primary technical point of contact for advertiser accounts: activate and QA campaigns, monitor performance and pacing, troubleshoot delivery and technical issues, partner with product/engineering, create dashboards and analytics, and present technical findings to clients to drive optimizations and upsells.

Lead retail media go-to-market programs across sales, marketing, and product teams. Build commerce PMP deals with retail DSPs, drive pipeline and revenue attribution with RevOps, evangelize TripleLift retail capabilities, capture co-op/shopper budgets, enable sellers, and create scalable GTM playbooks and executive reporting to drive adoption and commercial impact.
