Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, materials coordination, capacity planning, and production reporting for a manufacturing plant. Develop master schedules from demand, capacity, and historical data; coordinate suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and sales; monitor material flow and production performance; maintain planning systems and inventory metrics; and address quality, service, delivery, and process discrepancies. The role requires production control experience, manufacturing knowledge, strong organization, communication, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Lead development and implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and statistical monitoring for beverage can and end manufacturing. Drive process improvement, material qualifications, consumable reduction, training, and Lean/Six Sigma projects across plants.
