Lead and optimize supply planning for the Process Technology unit: develop inventory strategies, support Kinaxis and SAP IBP implementations, assist global planners, improve APO tools, enforce standard processes, coach and train teams, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer demand and business objectives. Hybrid role reporting to the Director Planning COE.

Lead the logistics workstream for an SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) transformation: define requirements, validate processes and data, drive change management, support UAT and cutover, ensure trade compliance, optimize order-to-cash and warehouse operations, and oversee training, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Lead FP&A for Projects Transformation: manage orders, revenue and margin planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and recurring financial reporting. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams, maintain financial models and systems, coordinate audits, and support strategic initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance.

Lead and conduct investigations into trade compliance violations (export controls, sanctions, imports/customs). Analyze transaction and screening data, prepare investigation reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support corrective actions, training, and regulatory disclosures.

Lead scheduling and program controls efforts by developing and maintaining logic‑driven Primavera P6 schedules, owning baselines and change integration, performing critical‑path and risk analyses, validating progress, modeling recovery scenarios, forecasting milestones, and ensuring compliance with EPC standards and client audit requirements.

Lead global engineering program management for UOP, overseeing planning, execution, NPI, budgets, resources, quality, and process improvements. Build and develop high-performing teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support M&A activities to deliver complex engineering projects on schedule and within budget.

Manage Salesforce enhancements, design and test solutions, provide production support and fixes, lead IT strategic and operating planning, manage vendors, budgets, KPIs, security compliance, and incident/problem/change processes while coordinating with enterprise teams and stakeholders.

Lead and implement process safety and HSE strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, perform hazard reviews and risk assessments, investigate incidents, deliver training, generate safety reports, and support engineering design standards for pilot plant and manufacturing activities.

Provide advanced CFD modeling and fluid mechanics expertise to develop, commercialize, and optimize process equipment for refining, petrochemical, and gas processing. Lead CFD analyses for reactor/equipment scale-up, troubleshooting, and design concepts; mentor analysts; support customer/vendor meetings; contribute patents and technical publications; and apply modeling and programming to solve multiphase and granular solids problems.

Lead modular equipment projects from initiation to close-out, coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction; manage budgets, schedules, client and subcontractor meetings, change orders, punch lists, and O&M deliverables while ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.
