The Senior ES Technical Solutions Executive provides expert technical guidance and consultative support to sales teams and customers, specializing in complex environmental solutions and logistics. They develop tailored solutions, act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and mentor staff on technical matters to drive revenue growth.

Make outbound cold calls to generate and close sales leads, manage and track prospects and opportunities in Salesforce, coordinate with Account Executives, attend sales meetings and training, and share best practices with the AAE team to meet team and company goals.

Manage and retain a book of smaller commercial and industrial customers by making outbound/inbound calls, performing contract re-signs, cross-selling Republic Services products, documenting activity in Salesforce, and supporting pricing and cancellation processes to grow customer penetration and profitability.

Lead enterprise business architecture efforts by modeling current and target states, identifying gaps and risks, creating capability maps and roadmaps, translating business needs into requirements, and guiding cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, people, data, and technology for strategic transformation.
