Prepares financial forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, reports, and recommendations for assigned business units. Supports sales commission documentation and performance tracking, monitors objectives, identifies operational and resource-allocation improvements, and serves as a finance liaison. Develops IBM Sterling B2B Integrator business processes, EDI workflows, and trading partner integrations alongside .NET, Java, and JavaScript applications. Leads code reviews, mentors developers, documents technical solutions, monitors web properties, and oversees third-party technology vendors and deliverables.

Provides technical and commercial sales expertise for electrical products, systems, and services. Identifies and closes large projects, supports sales teams before and after purchase, demonstrates solutions, researches customer needs, and serves as an internal and external product expert. The role develops opportunities, supports product launches and promotions, monitors market trends and competition, manages vendor relationships, and travels 25%–50%.

Develop and optimize B2B content across digital and print channels. Responsibilities include content strategy, writing and editing, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, web content management, brand voice consistency, customer research, competitive analysis, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve engagement and demand.
