Own and build Boulder Care’s partner and commercial marketing function. Develop healthcare buyer value propositions, clinical and economic proof, partner collateral, referral programs, nurture campaigns, B2B demand generation, webinars, paid programs, conferences, and account-based targeting. Partner closely with commercial, partnerships, clinical, and field teams to generate institutional demand, activate new segments, improve referrals, and create measurable, repeatable partnership programs.

Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, production-grade dbt models, BigQuery schemas, Fivetran integrations, and Looker semantic layers. Partner with clinical, operations, finance, and growth teams to translate business questions into analytics projects focused on acquisition, attribution, conversion, and funnel performance. Establish data quality, governance, documentation, testing, and version-control practices while mentoring analysts and supporting secure, compliant data use.

Lead the full sales cycle for new payer partnerships and transition existing relationships into value-based and pay-for-performance contracts. Negotiate terms, rates, and performance metrics; build payer pipelines; forecast revenue; research market opportunities; and develop data-driven value propositions. Target Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial health plans while collaborating with Operations and Partner Success on implementation. Represent Boulder Care at industry events and provide market insights to product, pricing, and clinical teams.
