Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and global mobility teams; monitors legislative changes; manages complex immigration escalations, projects, metrics, billing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionality, including configuration, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and operational support. Partners with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into system enhancements. Supports quarterly releases, UAT, production readiness, root-cause analysis, process automation, and integration impact assessment across Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.

Leads Uber’s global high-risk escalation strategy and operations, overseeing 50+ employees and five teams handling social media, executive escalations, crises, and critical customer support issues. The role develops AI-enabled workflows, drives root-cause improvements, partners with Communications, Legal, Operations, and regional teams, and balances strategic transformation with real-time crisis response. Availability during nights and weekends is required.

Lead onboarding and implementation for SMB customers, coordinating stakeholders, project plans, technical account setup, integrations, training, and post-launch adoption.
