The Business Development Executive will acquire new clients by building relationships with C-level executives, driving the entire sales cycle, managing complex sales, and forecasting account plans. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in sales performance.

Lead strategy and revenue growth for a small number of large, multi-national strategic accounts. Drive consultative selling, maintain C-level relationships, manage quota and forecasting, increase retention and account growth, execute Gartner sales methodology, and deliver tailored enterprise solutions while managing competitive and fiscal responsibilities.

Lead client-facing, end-to-end AI strategy engagements: scope opportunities, design solutions, build roadmaps, and oversee implementation. Advise C-suite on AI adoption, value realization, governance, and technical enablement. Maintain hands-on fluency with modern AI stack and platforms, drive business development, mentor consulting teams, and contribute to an AI Center of Excellence.

The Account Executive role focuses on managing major client accounts, increasing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales quotas through consultative sales to C-level executives.

Lead and manage ERP Cloud consulting engagements for state and local government clients, owning scoping, delivery, team leadership, client relationships, and deliverables. Drive project roadmaps, create high-quality work products, mentor staff, meet utilization and sales targets, and apply AI and Gartner methodologies to solve client problems.

Own the full sales cycle to acquire large-enterprise clients (+$1B revenue), build and manage a high-quality pipeline, close complex, high-value deals, forecast and plan accounts, and transition new clients to account management while meeting quota and KPIs.

Lead AI-focused consulting workstreams: conduct research, build diagnostics, prototypes, and roadmaps; design AI strategy, operating models, data readiness, and responsible-AI governance; build/configure generative AI solutions; engage clients and coach junior staff to deliver high-quality, implementation-ready recommendations.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise and cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP). Develop security strategies, conduct cloud and IAM assessments, recommend tools/processes, and guide deployment and incident response improvements. Advise on frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT), zero-trust, SIEM, vulnerability management, and emerging tech risks. Train client teams and drive compliance and remediation.

The Business Development Executive will identify and cultivate relationships with C-level executives, driving new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from outreach to closure while meeting sales metrics.

The Account Executive manages client relationships for Large Enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and growth through value delivery, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
