Provides insights to senior leadership, manages and develops the FP&A team, supports business operations, improves processes and systems, and partners cross-functionally on project-based revenue, cost management, and services metrics.

Develops and manages partner investment programs across marketing, incentives, and product promotions. Builds stakeholder and partner relationships, positions and negotiates investment opportunities, tracks financial and program performance, analyzes business data, delivers effectiveness reporting, conducts training, and escalates risks. Works with CDW’s partner, sales, and PPM organizations to support financial goals and mutual business outcomes.

Performs technical accounting research, SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, revenue recognition analysis, purchase accounting, and internal reporting. Prepares Forms 10-Q and 10-K, supports earnings and investor materials, monitors accounting standards, maintains reporting policies and internal controls, and collaborates with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires an active CPA license, strong US GAAP and SEC knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and at least three years of accounting experience.
