Handles complex workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution, including coverage confirmation, compensability investigations, reserves, payments, return-to-work coordination, subrogation, litigation, recoveries, and settlement negotiations. Communicates with claimants, customers, attorneys, case managers, and carriers while maintaining regulatory compliance, claim documentation, action plans, and professional relationships. Supports claims reviews and helps team members develop claims expertise.

Manage and improve the Enterprise Claims workers' compensation product by analyzing feature performance and user feedback, ensuring regulatory compliance, defining business requirements for development, collaborating across teams, supporting QA and testing, creating documentation and training, and driving process and automation improvements to increase product accuracy and efficiency.

Manage mid-to-complex auto and general liability claims (bodily injury, property damage), focusing on large-loss transportation/trucking and litigated files. Determine coverage and compensability, investigate, set reserves, authorize payments, communicate with stakeholders, follow client/carrier guidelines, and collaborate on complex claims.
