Audit interns support client engagements by performing audit, review, and compliance testing; preparing financial statements, footnotes, and management reports; gathering client information; analyzing data; identifying process improvements; and communicating with engagement leaders. The Senior Account Executive drives new client acquisition and revenue growth within designated markets and client segments. Responsibilities include managing prospective and existing client relationships, identifying opportunities, delivering consultative sales presentations, advancing leads through close, expanding existing accounts, coordinating team-selling efforts, supporting strategic pursuits, and sharing market intelligence. The role also contributes to marketing and business development activities while maintaining professional and industry knowledge.

Provide assistant controller-level accounting support for healthcare clients: manage day-to-day financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, month-end close, prepare monthly reporting packages and workpapers, review balance sheets and account classifications, maintain client procedure manuals, coordinate project tasks, mentor/account assignment estimation, and collaborate across service lines to develop best practices.

Manages complex federal, state, and multistate tax compliance and planning for construction contractors and related entities. Reviews partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, and individual returns; applies long-term contract accounting and percentage-of-completion rules; conducts tax research; and advises clients on entity structure, cash flow, depreciation, and tax savings. Serves as a primary client contact, manages multiple engagements, and supervises and develops tax staff while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Provides regulatory compliance consulting to financial services clients, including risk assessments, remediation, monitoring, regulatory research, compliance testing, audit documentation, and management reporting. Advises clients on strengthening compliance management systems, identifies regulatory gaps, presents findings to boards and executives, and supports federal consumer compliance requirements. Requires banking compliance experience, lending knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and approximately 20% domestic travel.

Design and execute software usability tests, run test scenarios, and prepare reports on test effectiveness. Role requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent) and 7+ years building, architecting, and troubleshooting large-scale infrastructure with a focus on reliability and scalability.
