Leads global program management for Flex’s Healthcare Business Unit, overseeing new product introduction and launch execution across worldwide manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include managing program managers, assessing risks, resolving escalations, aligning executives and customers, improving product development processes, defining portfolio metrics, developing strategic initiatives, and building high-performing teams. The role requires extensive product development, manufacturing, cross-functional leadership, customer engagement, financial, and healthcare regulatory experience.

Lead design and scaling of enterprise AI platforms (LLMs, agents, analytics) on Google Cloud with multi-cloud portability. Build developer self-service platforms, CI/CD and IaC, integrate AI with ERP and supply chain data, ensure secure governance and compliance, and mentor engineering and data science teams to accelerate production AI adoption.

Lead global strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for LV/MV switchgear, PDUs and RPPs. Manage product line revenue, margins, NPI, compliance, platform standardization, cross-functional commercialization, and multi-region product teams. Support major customer and channel engagements and improve configurator, pricing, and serviceability.
