Leads the design and development of high-speed analog, RF, and mixed-signal ICs for coherent optical and PAM4 communication systems. Support design-for-manufacturing reviews, wafer utilization, supply-chain quality, and on-time delivery. Maintain manufacturing specifications, process documentation, and best-known methods.

Owns and improves semiconductor assembly processes, especially wirebond and eutectic die attach, to increase yield, efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance.
