Lead Nokia’s global Cloud and AI marketing strategy by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market and competitive trends, shaping positioning and messaging, defining priority audiences, and translating complex technologies into customer-focused narratives. The role guides marketing, communications, brand, and portfolio teams, aligns stakeholders across global business units, establishes performance metrics, and informs investment and strategic priorities without primarily executing campaigns.

This role involves analyzing brand performance through social listening, competitive benchmarks, and market trends, and translating data into strategic narratives for decision-making.

Develop automated production test solutions and functional test software for photonic components, modules, assemblies, and PICs. Monitor production data, troubleshoot test stations, perform GRR, support failure analysis, create technical documentation, transition R&D test stations to high-volume manufacturing, and collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, optical development teams and manufacturing partners.

Lead the bring-up and qualification of a new InP photonics semiconductor fabrication facility. Develop and optimize etch, deposition, lithography, diffusion, metallization, and other process modules. Drive yield and reliability improvements through SPC, inline metrology, root-cause analysis, DOE, and corrective actions. Collaborate with design, test, packaging, and manufacturing teams, while documenting processes and transferring technology from R&D to production.

Supports development of coherent optical subsystem test sets, mechanical hardware solutions, test-hardware configuration, and automated manufacturing test infrastructure. The intern will collaborate on complex mechanical systems, apply mechanics and materials fundamentals, and use AI tools to improve team productivity. The role also involves analytical problem-solving, independent thinking, and potential use of Azure DevOps.

Develops data visualization, analytics, machine learning, and automation solutions for coherent optical product manufacturing. Mines wafer-to-module datasets to identify yield drivers, failure signatures, anomalies, correlations, and process drift. Builds and evaluates ML algorithms for yield prediction and root-cause analysis, performs statistical analysis, and automates engineering workflows using GenAI. Collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, and AI/ML teams to optimize product performance and communicate findings to technical audiences.

Provides advanced administration and technical leadership for Solaris/SPARC infrastructure, NetApp SAN/NAS storage, NetBackup, tape libraries, monitoring, access controls, and migration dependencies. The role handles complex troubleshooting, recovery, incident response, lifecycle upgrades, automation, compliance, chain-of-custody controls, and data-center transitions. It serves as the senior escalation point, leads resilience and remediation initiatives, maintains operational documentation, and mentors other administrators while participating in on-call and production support.

Lead technical program management for photonic integrated circuit products used in coherent and data center communications. Responsibilities include product lifecycle and milestone reviews, prototype planning, schedules, budgets, metrics, purchasing support, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, testing, architecture, and operations teams.

Leads end-to-end ASIC development programs from architecture through tapeout, silicon production, validation, and qualification. Manages schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and executive communications. Drives issue resolution, operational cadence, process improvements, hiring prioritization, and predictable execution across ASIC, hardware, software, SDK, foundry, packaging, and operations organizations.

Maintain and configure network infrastructure, Nokia optical hardware, automation applications, servers, storage, and file systems. Script deployments, troubleshoot networks, test containerized optical network simulations and embedded software, and manage symmetric key lifecycles. The role also develops infrastructure solutions and contributes to new products, standards, processes, and operational plans.
