Serves as the liaison between customers, support, engineering, testing, and product teams from first customer shipment through general availability. Uses customer feedback to improve serviceability, product quality, adoption, and overall customer experience.

Develops Nokia’s 3GPP standard-essential patent portfolio for 6G cellular communications. Responsibilities include drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications, evaluating claim charts and patent validity, planning prosecution strategies, and collaborating with inventors and external patent attorneys. The role also contributes to innovative work practices and tools while supporting licensing-oriented patent asset development.

Design and develop high-speed photonic integrated circuit devices. Perform RF and electro-optical simulations (HFSS, ADS), execute electrical/optical s-parameter testing, create designed experiments, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with fab, test, reliability, packaging, system, and product engineering to ensure device performance and reliability.

Lead architecture, design, fabrication, testing, and optimization of silicon photonics integrated circuits for coherent long-haul, metro, and pluggable optical systems. Manage optical networking products and services for North American customers. Align product roadmaps with network evolution, gather and prioritize feature requests, develop innovative solutions, support pricing and profitability, analyze market and competitor trends, and collaborate with sales and account teams. Present product strategies and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders while building strong customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Validate and characterize high-speed analog and mixed-signal IPs, test chips, and ASIC products. Develop automated lab scripts and 24/7 testing flows, configure devices, operate measurement equipment, analyze results, debug hardware, review PCB and package designs, document test procedures, support reliability and ATE testing, and collaborate with design and system teams.
