Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from outbound prospecting through closing strategic deals. Conduct consultative, value-based sales conversations, build pipeline, forecast accurately, exceed quotas, and collaborate with product, marketing, and SDR teams. The role focuses on helping B2B brands improve social media measurement, ROI, and employee advocacy in a high-growth environment.

Lead discovery and technical validation across the sales cycle, deliver tailored product demos, design integrations and workflows, prototype automation/AI solutions, support RFPs and security reviews, and collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success to advance enterprise deals.

Manage a book of post-sale B2B customers: onboard clients, run social strategy and QBRs, build long-term relationships, drive renewals and expansion, collaborate with Solutions Managers on technical needs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and maintain forecasting and reporting.
