Implement attribution models/tools, define data standards and SLAs, map end-to-end data flows, and build reliable reporting in Looker and Amplitude. Partner with operations, SDR, and marketing teams to maintain data health, document definitions, and support self-serve analytics and segmentation needs.

Audit Culture Amp's growth-marketing tech stack to identify and build AI-driven automations and personalization inside tools (Qualified, 6sense, Outreach, Sendoso, Splash, Bevy, HubSpot, Salesforce). Prioritize opportunities by impact and effort, implement and optimize workflows, follow QA and governance standards, document deliverables, and provide a structured handoff at contract end. Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle, Demand Gen, SDR, Regional Marketing, Events, Marketing Operations, and centralized Marketing AI.

Lead and scale global multi-tiered ABM programs (1:few and 1:many) to drive new logo acquisition and expansion.
