Provides Tier I technical support for Fastly’s edge cloud platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting VCL, caching, HTTP, TLS, DNS, APIs, control panel configurations, and Compute applications; managing and escalating customer issues; monitoring network events; guiding customers through technical solutions; documenting findings; and participating in occasional on-call coverage. The role requires strong networking knowledge, written communication, scripting ability, customer support experience, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
