Provide technical oversight from project award through commissioning for AV systems. Support project managers, field teams, and sales; review SOWs and technical documents, approve as-built drawings, assist testing and remote commissioning, and ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Own and grow strategic global accounts, drive revenue via upsell/cross-sell, negotiate multi-year deals, develop global account strategies, partner cross-functionally, ensure solution delivery, maintain forecasts and CRM pipeline, and represent EOS in executive engagements.

Lead mobile deployment teams for data center operations. Responsibilities include on-site leadership, operational control, client interface, and team management, while ensuring efficiency and quality during deployments under high-pressure conditions.
