The Sales Development Representative researches healthcare prospects, conducts email, phone, and social outreach, builds relationships with decision-makers, qualifies opportunities, schedules meetings for Account Executives, and manages early sales handoffs. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to improve lead qualification and meet revenue targets.

Own and prioritize the backlog for an assigned product area, translating strategy and customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner daily with engineering and design across agile ceremonies, make scope and sequencing trade-offs, validate delivered features, and track sprint and release metrics. Gather feedback from customers and cross-functional teams, support market and competitive research, and incorporate testing and beta feedback into future backlog iterations.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead negotiation of complex technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor agreements, BAAs, DPAs). Drive standardization of commercial terms, support procurement, advise on privacy/HIPAA and security issues, escalate complex deal issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals while protecting business interests.
