Lead the creative vision and execution of Netflix Live’s visual design language. Build immersive creative worlds, scalable design systems, and polished broadcast or cinematic deliverables across live events, sports, formats, and genres. The role addresses complex, ambiguous technical challenges, influences stakeholders across business units, contributes to open-source or industry standards, develops senior engineers, and communicates with engineering, product, and executive audiences.

Lead the strategic direction and evolution of Netflix’s company-wide Experimentation Platform. Establish rigorous causal inference and experimentation standards, automate trust and validation practices, consolidate fragmented systems, shape platform product roadmaps, and collaborate with data science and engineering leaders.
