Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise AI and portfolio management platforms. Build generative AI/LLM/RAG-based products, own internal portfolio planning and reporting tools, partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams, define KPIs, manage agile execution, and drive responsible AI governance and executive alignment.

Lead the design, negotiation, and closing of multi-year Enterprise License Agreements with ISV partners. Architect commercial structures and pricing, source and qualify pipeline, coordinate cross-functional execution, and define post-sale handoffs. Build playbooks and scale processes while feeding market intelligence back to product and leadership to drive adoption, consumption, and renewals.

Drive new business across an SMB territory owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline via outbound/inbound and partners, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Marketing/CS/Product, and meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals while positioning Qualified's conversational marketing and AI platform as a strategic solution.

Act as the Agentforce + Data360 subject-matter expert for strategic customers: assess and optimize data architecture, integrations, performance, and solution design; run engagement playbooks, influence executives on technology-to-ROI alignment, identify capability gaps, and mentor colleagues while ensuring data governance and privacy.
