Use basic project planning techniques, monitor project performance, and help improve account scorecards while ensuring customer satisfaction and limited on-site travel.

Coordinate and support Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects by handling project planning, documentation, financial tracking, customer and contractor relationships, material ordering, invoicing, and schedule coordination using the company service platform. Ensure billing milestones, customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities with limited travel.
