Perform category analytics and build insights-driven recommendations and selling stories for CPG clients. Manage client relationships, reporting, and category reviews. Develop presentations using syndicated, panel, basket, and shopper data. Independently run projects, maintain performance reporting, and advise internal and external stakeholders.

Manage principals' business within assigned natural/organic retail accounts by driving sales, executing customer business plans, managing trade funds, ensuring in-store presence and merchandising, engaging decision-makers, collaborating with retail teams, and using technology to track objectives and communications.

Analyze POS, loyalty, panel, and syndicated data to generate consumer and category insights. Partner with business leaders to develop data-driven growth strategies, deliver performance reviews, and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales, market share, and category growth.

Represent OtterBox on retail floors across a multi-store territory: deliver live demos, provide high-energy associate training, drive sales and conversions, perform light merchandising and display upkeep, build relationships with store teams, manage territory independently, and meet sales targets while reporting performance and maintaining product availability.

Manage vendor orders, audit paperwork and pricing, handle customs and Canadian registrations, support Costco program setup and promotions, process invoices, coordinate demos and samples, resolve member complaints, and maintain vendor/item records and reporting.
