Supports field-facing agency initiatives focused on sales tools and technology. Coordinates cross-functional deliverables, maintains initiative documentation, tracks scope, requirements, timelines, costs, risks, and issues, and communicates status to leadership and stakeholders. Leads a team of claims professionals managing complex casualty, financial lines, property, workers’ compensation, and accident and health claims.
