Leads advisor and franchise staff recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, career-path development, and onboarding across an assigned territory. Manages advisor business planning, engagement, growth-program participation, training initiatives, and practice acquisitions. Partners with field leadership and advisors, provides strategic and operational support, coordinates matrix business partners, and helps new hires transition clients and grow production. The role requires project management, relationship-building, communication, accountability, and some travel.
