Lead a global payments operations team to ensure timely, accurate transaction processing, operational resilience, risk and regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, modernization, data stewardship, and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and people.

Manage complex HNW/UHNW wealth and trust client relationships, provide fiduciary and advisory guidance, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors, identify business opportunities, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, and lead multi-discipline initiatives to deliver exceptional service and issue resolution.

Support and service complex wealth management client relationships by coordinating administration of fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. Handle client inquiries, develop action plans, oversee transaction processing, coordinate with Client Support Services, assist advisors with account acceptance, compliance, and business development, and identify process improvements. Mentor junior staff and may supervise daily operational activities.

Perform monthly fund closings, prepare and analyze financial statements, interact with clients and auditors, resolve accounting questions, research complex accounting policies (U.S. GAAP/IFRS), automate processes, test integration releases, and act as subject-matter expert on HFS systems.

Review client files for AML/CIP/EDD/KYC and sanctions compliance for new wealth management account openings; coordinate with front-office, escalate regulatory risks to Global AML management, support remediation, audits and exams, document findings, and follow procedures to resolve compliance issues.

Lead day-to-day KYC operations within the KYC CoE, ensuring timely CDD/EDD completion and compliance with AML/CIP/sanctions rules. Manage workflow, capacity, SLAs, escalations, controls, risk remediation, and process improvements. Partner with governance, QA, training, and 2LOD teams, provide management reporting, support technology and process changes, and recruit and develop a high-performing KYC operations team.

Manage daily P&L and valuation for cash securities and derivatives, prepare P&L/risk reports and price verification, oversee model review and monthly close, engage with clients and vendors, design process improvements, and provide subject-matter expertise and strategic leadership across cross-functional activities.

Lead execution of enterprise cybersecurity programs for the ASM/VM portfolio. Oversee project and program managers, manage stakeholder engagement, change and risk, financials and staffing, negotiate with senior leaders, report to the Global CISO, and ensure alignment of program outcomes with strategic objectives.

Lead and evolve the product design system and component libraries (Storybook, Figma) to drive consistent, accessible, and scalable user experiences for wealth management clients. Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce design/technical debt, increase reuse, improve developer handoff, and mentor designers while advancing design vision and governance across the platform.

Lead end-to-end execution of executive talent processes for the CEO and ELT, including performance cycles, succession reviews, stakeholder alignment, executive-ready materials, and continuous improvement of talent workflows to ensure readiness and actionable decisions.
