Lead and manage Technology Risk Governance and Risk Reporting team, run technology risk committees and advisory forums, oversee risk reporting and escalation, integrate first-line risk reporting with central risk teams, handle staffing and performance management, and develop unit strategy, budgets, and diversity programs to drive risk mitigation and informed decision-making.
