Lead strategy and long-term direction for the Elevate platform, managing full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch performance. Oversee multiple product teams, align roadmaps with business goals, manage budgets and performance metrics, support sales/RFPs, and represent the product externally.

Architect and deliver Data & AI solutions on Azure with Snowflake, design data models and warehouses, lead POCs and cross-team collaboration, enable production AI/MLOps and modern data platform practices for asset management.

Manage and coordinate event technology for corporate conferences and high-profile meetings: gather requirements, recommend solutions, ensure AV/conferencing/streaming/network readiness, coordinate vendors and internal tech teams, maintain standards and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement for hybrid and live event delivery.

Provide risk and compliance guidance for residential mortgage loss mitigation, review policies and borrower assistance packages, consult on regulatory requirements, communicate with distressed borrowers and attorneys, prepare internal loss mitigation reporting and accrual recommendations, and advise management on risk mitigation and policy improvements.
