Leads Northern Trust’s Technology Risk Treatment practice, overseeing technology risk acceptances, assessments, governance forums, metrics, and remediation tracking. Advises technology, risk, audit, and executive stakeholders on cybersecurity and technology controls across cloud, SaaS, AI, ITSM, SDLC, and resiliency domains. Develops governance materials, challenges risk decisions, coaches team members, and drives process maturity and continuous improvement using enterprise GRC/IRM platforms.

Partners with technology, product, development, and operations teams to improve availability, fault tolerance, operational maturity, and consistency across cloud and on-premises environments.

Owns complex regulatory reporting programs for institutional hedge fund clients across Form PF, AIFMD, CPO-PQR, SEC Form ADV, and TIC reporting. Monitors regulatory changes, resolves data exceptions, leads quality reviews and remediation, develops client-facing materials, and partners with technology, compliance, accounting, and operations teams.
