Partner with senior leaders to sponsor change, identify and resolve friction, and ensure sustained behavior change and usage of new digital capabilities.

Lead SDLC testing governance by defining and enforcing testing controls, stage gates, and artifact traceability. Partner across product, engineering, QE, architecture, change, risk, and audit to ensure auditable, secure, production-equivalent testing and reduce release risk in a regulated financial environment.
