Lead design and delivery of Snowflake-based data solutions, data models, ETL pipelines and data warehouse applications. Provide architecture direction, drive technology transformation and POCs, evangelize modern data architecture, collaborate with global stakeholders and Agile teams, and apply advanced analytics (ML/AI/GenAI) while ensuring data security and PII management.

Lead CCAR testing and governance activities: evaluate control risks, maintain relationships with control owners, provide guidance and training, document and test controls, stay current on SOX/SOC/CCAR regulations, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Leads enterprise-wide procurement and category management strategy, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier performance, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Manages sourcing events and indirect procurement categories globally, mentors Category Managers, supports audits, and partners with business stakeholders and executives to improve procurement services. Leads enterprise disaster recovery and operational resilience programs, including DR planning, risk assessment, governance, compliance, recovery automation, orchestration tooling, architecture improvements, and recovery testing. Coordinates with IT, security, and application teams, leads disruption response efforts, delivers training, and drives continuous improvement of recovery capabilities and processes.

Leads discovery and target-state design for client lifecycle management, including onboarding and KYC processes. Maps workflows, identifies control gaps and automation opportunities, translates insights into product requirements and delivery plans, and coordinates business, product, technology, architecture, and operations teams. Owns workstream scope, prioritization, governance, risks, metrics, and value realization while advancing scalable, compliant client experiences and platform strategy.

Supports strategic technology initiatives by monitoring capital budgets, analyzing spend and forecast variances, validating developer time and resource allocations, and tracking project delivery investments. Develops Power BI and Excel dashboards, analyzes delivery and capacity metrics, supports governance and capitalization controls, and prepares executive reporting. Partners with finance, technology, product, engineering, and program teams to improve forecasting, utilization reporting, and investment accountability.
