The Compliance and Operational Risk Senior Advisor oversees compliance and operational risk management, advises business units, develops training, and communicates risk strategies to senior leadership.

Provide evening/weekend coverage and collaborate with application teams for testing and production deployments.

Assess, process, and clear complex residential mortgage loan applications per product, underwriting, and investor guidelines. Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title/settlement agents, and third parties; review credit, appraisals, income and verifications; prepare closing documentation; identify and escalate risk issues; ensure regulatory compliance.

Analyze and process conventional and government loan requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Communicate with clients and parties involved, assess qualifications, and manage documentation effectively.
