Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing), balance drawer, identify fraud, refer cross-sell opportunities, follow bank policies, assist with branch open/close and community events.

Independently validate and monitor bank-wide quantitative and qualitative models (stress testing, valuation, BSA/AML, etc.) per SR 11-7 and internal MRM policy. Build and maintain customer relationships at a branch by identifying financial needs, recommending bank products, opening and maintaining accounts, operating a teller drawer, supporting digital product adoption, detecting fraud risks, and partnering with mortgage and wealth teams to refer specialized needs. May support branch opening/closing and community events.

Manage IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions, maintain client and attorney referral relationships, process wires, coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate application of transactions, prepare and review exchange documents, and provide clear verbal and written communications to clients and referral sources.

Produce professional video and photographic assets: operate camera, lighting, and audio on shoots; plan pre-production (mood boards, storyboards, shot lists); direct talent; run portrait/marketing photoshoots; support post-production (DIT, selects, small edits); format assets for distribution; liaise with requestors and travel for off-site shoots.
