As a Relationship Banker, you'll build relationships with customers, recommend financial solutions, assist with accounts, operate a teller drawer, and support community events.

Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending products and services. Handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, assist customers with digital products, detect fraud risks, support branch opening/closing duties, and participate in community and bank events. Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments), operate a teller drawer, balance transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities and potential fraud, follow bank and regulatory policies, assist with branch opening/closing and community events as needed.

Support application lifecycle and change management for banking systems: testing, defect and release management, scripting/configuration, Tier 2 application support, documentation, integration impact analysis, and 24x7 troubleshooting for AML-related applications.
