The Lending Strategies Specialist II supports the nCino platform for commercial lending by delivering user support, training, and collaborating on product innovation and enhancements.

The Complaint Resolution Specialist is responsible for investigating customer complaints, providing compliance guidance, and enhancing the Complaint Management Program within Wintrust's banks.

The role involves coordinating systems analysis and design projects, leading Agile workboards, and acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to improve data systems through automation.

Serve as primary HR contact for multiple charter banks, designing and executing HR strategies across compensation, performance, employee relations, talent management, engagement, and affirmative action. Investigate complaints, coach leaders, advise on policy and escalations, drive retention and development initiatives, partner with Centers of Excellence, and support cross-charter HR programs. Local travel within Chicagoland required.

Lead independent credit risk reviews of commercial, small business, specialty, and consumer loan portfolios. Assess risk rating accuracy, underwriting standards, documentation, collateral, and credit administration; manage oversight engagements, continuous monitoring, and quarterly reviews. Prepare business-unit and bank-wide credit risk reports, update policies, and coordinate remediation for adversely classified assets while communicating findings to loan officers, senior management, auditors, and regulators.

Build and retain customer relationships, discover financial needs, recommend products and services, operate teller drawer, open and maintain accounts, assist with digital products, detect fraud, support branch opening/closing and community events, and collaborate with mortgage and wealth partners.

Support Compliance Officers by monitoring day-to-day trust regulatory compliance, completing routine reporting, participating in monitoring and testing, conducting account reviews, assisting with audits and examinations, and helping remediate documentation or compliance issues.

Lead and develop branch managers and sales teams across a defined Illinois region to achieve financial and sales goals. Oversee recruiting, training, budget adherence, customer growth, and liaise with product partners to drive results through coaching, talent management, and strategic oversight.
